If your child is sensitive at all to seams or fabric, I would say no to purchasing this. Only because it is a nightgown and the empire waist seam rubs. With other items shirts or dresses, my daughter can simply wear an under shirt. Yet it was very pretty and I was able to give it to another little girl that loved it.
